I haven't been writing as much as I intended lately. Juggling mama-hood, Diaper Parties, and keeping home maintained at times when I have to. I read somewhere that you should attempt to write about 250 words a day. I like this idea because writing can help keep the brain more sharp. I enjoy reading other blogs though, esp with reviews on products I might be interested in using or with recipes.
The purpose of my blog was to just share my experiences and viewpoints on anything related to cloth, being a mama, and being a Deaf woman today.
So my latest updates:
RaeRae is turning 7 months old next Tuesday! She has two teeth now in front, on the bottom. I have to have some dental work myself. I've struggled with cavities due to weak enamel even though I brush twice a day and use floss (although flossing has not really a consistent activity for me--and I am working on changing that).
My nephew is turning TWO this Saturday! I can't believe it's been just about two years since he came into this world. I was there when he was born and it was such an amazing experience to be able to watch his birth. He loves his cousin RaeRae sooo much too!
DH is working hard at his job so I can be a SAHM right now. I've been asked to go back to subbing in a few weeks. I haven't officially decided but I am hoping RaeRae will be taking milk through her sippy cup by then. She sort of does but I pretty much gave up on pumping during the summer. I may need to take supplements and do a baby-moon to get my supply up for pumping because I don't really pump that well.
Overall, we are all healthy and more settled in our new home.
