Meal-planning

DH and I are attempting meal-planning. We both dislike to cook, but will do it if we have to--especially to save money and when we are hungry.


If you meal-plan, what do you do? What tips can you share? If you don't, what do you do that works for you and your family?

  1. We are horrible at meal planning, BUT, we shop only once a week, and try to make sure we have what we need/like for that week. Heavy on the fruits/veggies, and some protein to last a week. If we run out early, we have our stand bys: 7 bean soup, PBJ, macaroni and cheese. :)
